The audit company Professional Audit Center Ltd was established in December 2004 by a team of young and dynamic specialists.

In our first year we made remarkable progress. Our accomplishments are reflected in the close and prolific cooperation with our clients and partners.
We strive to grow continually, which is why we constantly introduce new types of services. Apart from traditional audit and customized consulting services, we offer our clients an opportunity to discuss some of the pressing issues in open seminars attended by representatives of the controlling authorities and expert analysts of our firm and other companies. Last year alone we held 5 such events and plan to continue this practice.

Another innovation of ours has been the introduction of bookkeeping services for our clients as well as the implementation of automated accounting systems at our client companies. In October 2005 our company received a certificate of the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine, which has included us in the register of auditors authorized to conduct audits of financial institutions operating in the equity market of Ukraine.

In December 2005 our company received a certificate from the State Commission for the Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine, which has included us in the register of auditors authorized to conduct audits of financial institutions.
